Ergonomics
Utilizing correct ergonomics is one of the most important things
a patient can do at home to assist in their own healing.
Unfortunately, often ergonomic problems are invisible to the person
who is experiencing the problem.
Some common ergonomic problems are:
- A bed which is too hard, too soft or too short
- A computer workstation that forces you into an awkward position
- A car seat that isn't designed for your body build
Basically, the remedy is to first discover the problem and then
to fix it.
